It’s simple — we show up on your scheduled service day, thoroughly check your yard, and remove all pet waste. We make sure your lawn is left clean, safe, and ready for you and your pets to enjoy. You don’t have to lift a finger — we handle the dirty work for you.
We’re not able to guarantee exact appointment times due to route schedules, traffic, and weather. However, we service on the same scheduled day each week, and we always aim to be consistent and reliable. If you have special timing needs, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
For safety reasons, we ask that pets be secured during our visit. This helps protect both your dog and our technicians. If your dog is friendly and you're comfortable with us entering, just make sure we have safe access to the yard.
Light rain usually doesn’t stop us — we’re used to working outdoors. In cases of severe weather, we may adjust the schedule and return as soon as conditions are safe. If anything changes, we’ll keep you informed.
